The house comprises: 4 beautiful bedrooms. large living room. Two bathrooms. Garage to put bike and motorcycle
Enclosed garden of 400m2, terrace with pergola, garden furniture and gas barbecue available.
Garage to store your bikes, windsurfers... etc
Ground floor: a large living room, dining room with open fitted kitchen, a master suite with a 140 cm bed with separate toilet and en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, one with a bed of 140 and 2 of 160, bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Towels and bed linen are provided. On request a travel cot, high chair and baby bath will be at your disposal.
Non-smoking house. A bus line to Saint Malo is 150 m from the house. Shops nearby on foot. Quiet areaPets not allowed. Free parking, cleaning fee 60 euros.
