Here, you can truly enjoy the mountains without the crowds. The chalet is a warm and welcoming retreat, set within a 3,000 m² wooded garden, on the edge of a preserved rural hamlet, offering peace and privacy in a natural setting.

Ideal for spending time with family or friends, the chalet accommodates up to 9 guests. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, a convivial dining area, and a compact yet well-equipped and highly functional kitchen, perfectly suited to holiday living.
The chalet offers a total living area of 120 m² spread over three levels.

The south-facing balcony enjoys long hours of sunshine and offers open views over the valley. It is a pleasant outdoor space for meals, reading, or relaxing in the warmer months.

A quiet room on the ground floor can also be used, if needed, as a dedicated workspace, with a desk, power outlets and unlimited Wi-Fi — ideal for remote working stays.

The chalet is conveniently located close to mountain sites and the Maurienne Valley:
• around 15 minutes by car from the Saint-François-Longchamp ski resort (70 km of slopes, or 165 km including Valmorel, with skiing between 1,450 m and 2,550 m altitude),
• around 10 minutes from the Grand Coin – Col du Chaussy Nordic area (cross-country skiing),
• around 10 minutes from the Maurienne Valley, with shops and supermarkets.

Outside the winter season, its mid-mountain location provides easy access to numerous hiking trails, in a preserved and lightly frequented natural environment.

For cyclists, the chalet is located on the lower slopes of the Col de la Madeleine, offering direct access to the 15 km climb to the summit (Hors Catégorie climb, 2,000 m, an iconic ascent of the Tour de France).

A car is recommended. Access is via a mountain departmental road. However, shuttle connections are available to the Saint-François-Longchamp resort and to the Saint-Avre–La Chambre railway station.
