Check in system did not work for me and another traveller who arrived at the same time. Thankfully the security guard was able to contact customer service on our behalf
Lovely friendly people, for what you pay, it’s good value. Clean, good shower, good bed, I extended my stay, all the basics are right and it’s very affordable. Would stay again.
Didn't obtain log in code for property, area nexr to the hotel has been taken over with shutters which is very unsettling as just visiting for 1 night.
Breakfast was basic.
Just little issues like front desk closing at 8:30 we are used to staying open til 12:00am using the kiosk check in was an issue the gate code was an issue we were not only ones having problems with checking in and gate problems
Limited reception service had to use an intercom as a result. Rooms are pretty comfortable however, not properly lit up. For the price however, very good stay.

I paid for the room up front when I booked through Expedia but was told I hadn't when we were checking in so had to pay again. The only reason I did was because we'd been travelling for 8 hours with 2 toddlers who were very tired and needed to get them to bed. I thought Expedia would refund me when I sent them the reciept for the second payment but so far no luck. If I'd have wanted to pay £120 for a hotel room I would have certainly looked for something far nicer than this hotel.
The room and linen were clean enough but the whole place stank of cigarette smoke.
Convenient location. Clean room and lobby. MAJOR PEEVE...it is listed and posted as a NON-SMOKING FACILITY, however, the people across the hall from us were SMOKING LIKE A BILLIARDS HALL...the hallway and even in our room smelled skanky cigarette smoke...we informed the desk, but nothing was done...TWO NIGHTS of living with cigarette smoke...NOT pleasant for someone with allergies and asthma!

Clean and not overly expensive. One skimpy towel, come on.
Very basic facility. Bit dusty and worned out. Some reason a fridge was left in our room and plugged in, very dirty and mouldy. The night we stayed there were lot of noise and some smelly food the whole floor was stinky. Overall it is very average.
The hotel is in a shopping area, so very convenient to get anything. Lot of restaurants and things to do so we were out most of the time .
