Well located studio but…

Very well located for everything in St Martin. Catherine was efficient and welcoming. But the studio feels neglected - the sofa bed is old and difficult to pull out, the shower is not modern and the tourist information left for guests included out of date bus timetables (which caused us much confusion!(. Also be aware that you have to pay for sheets, towels and teatowels.
