Welcome to my charming Provencal Mas of the Alpilles.
Surface of 130 M2, pretty flowered courtyard in the front and a nice garden of 400 M2 in the back endowed with a nice swimming pool. 7m by 3m, 50 .
You are in peace, in the countryside while being 3km from Mouries, 10km from Maussanne-les-Alpilles and 20Km from Saint-Remy de Provence.
For the beach, it will take 45 minutes to reach the Saintes-Marie-de-la-Mer.
The farmhouse, completely renovated, can accommodate 6 guests (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom,2 shower room, 3 toilets). You are in the countryside, 3 km from Mouries (first olive village in France).
Many village festivals during the summer, golf, horseback riding, Avignon festival, Arles photo meetings .....
This region offers many and varied choices.
The mas is part of a hamlet of the 18th and originally a single owner owned the whole hamlet.
The house is therefore terraced, but since the living space is located on the pool side, in the larger of the two gardens, you are quiet and this garden is not overlooked. The more of the two gardens also allows to isolate ones own to read in peace ...

It is an old house, full of charm, with its stone walls which retain the freshness in summer.
This house is not exclusively for rental, it is very well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine) and has been completely renovated with taste (travertine, stone floor, beams, niches etc.)
The idea being to preserve her old lady's looks by adding all the comfort.
All the rooms of the house are equipped with mosquito net,and air conditioning.
