Amazing location for family fun!

This house was absolutely perfect for a family trip to Saint Malo! The house itself was beautiful and just a block away from the beach. It was an easy walk to the walled city of Saint Malo. I can’t recommend this house enough.

Maison tres agréable, joliment décorée et spacieuse. Les petits enfants ont investi le dernier étage sous les toits et etaient ravis ! Nous avons pu profiter de la plage toute proche.Michel,notre hÎte, tres à l'écoute et charmant.

+ : localisation trĂšs centrale (Ă  20/25min Ă  pied de la vieille ville et Ă  2 pas de la mer) + quartier calme et proche des supermarchĂ©s + Maison ensoleillĂ©e + Grands lits comfortables dans les chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage (Attention: 3 chambres est situĂ©e au sous-sol donc Ă  prendre en compte). - : PropretĂ© : filtre de cafĂ© retrouvĂ© moisi et encore dans la machine + rĂ©cipient sale contenant encore des traces de cafĂ© ce qui nous a mis le doute sur le niveau d'exigence en terme de propretĂ© Équipements et fourniture : meuble vieillot, quelques portes qui se ferment mal, poubelles anciennes, serviettes anciennes .. Bref, ça manque de fraicheur et ça ne fait pas rĂȘver mais bon choix pour une grande famille qui cherche une location pas chĂšre

Eine tolle Stadtvilla, 2 Minuten vom herrlichen Strand

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, das Wetter war toll, und die Umgebung sehr abwechslungsreich und interessant. Saint-Malo ist wirklich wunderschön, man konnte zu Fuß die Promenade entlang in die Altstadt intra muros. Wenn Probleme da waren, waren MichĂšle und Martin sofort zur Stelle. Im Haus war alles da, was man brauchte.

Nicely situated property, needs slight refurbishment

A very French house, very nicely situated and comfortable. We were greeted on arrival and appreciated the quick procedure, but we have to mention the fact that an unexpected extra fee was to be added in cash for the dog, although the booking, which included the dog, had been paid fully and was not refundable. This was resolved as the owner eventually accepted the rental for the agreed price. The house is well equiped and the situation is great, literally seconds away from the sea. However the property needs refurbishment and deep cleaning especially in the kitchen area and the attic room, which were not up to the expected standards in this price range.

Excellent accueil et contact avec MichĂšle lors de notre arrivĂ©e et durant notre sĂ©jour. Bon emplacement et piĂšce de vie agrĂ©able. A noter escaliers assez raides (pour personnes ĂągĂ©es notamment) et pour le standing proposĂ© la cafetiĂšre et le micro ondes mĂ©riteraient d’ĂȘtre remplacĂ©s ( socle chauffant de la cafetiĂšre rouillĂ© et fuites, plafond du micro ondes Ă  nu avec peinture Ă©caillĂ©e). Concernant la chambre sous les combles, la tĂȘte du premier lit est situĂ© devant la VMC ( peut on l’arrĂȘter la nuit ?). Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour en famille.
