Excellent property with everything you could want for your holiday

Excellent accommodation . Beautiful gardens and nice to see a lot of the old features of the house remain . Christophe was fantastic . Received excellent correspondence before we arrived . We even had a visit around his Manoir across the road which was amazing . Would recommend this property to anyone wishing for a fabulous holiday . I will certainly be returning !

Wonderfull holidays in charming house

Our family with two teenagres together with our friends and their kid spent a week in Christophe's property. The house is indeed charming, very clean, cozy, abolutely perfect location. Two families can easily share the house for their holidays, there is enough space for everybody to have some privacy but at the same time very nice living room invites to spend evenings together. There are two gardens one in front and the other at the backyard, where you can have your morning coffee in the sun. The kitchen could not be equipped better, everything you need is on place, it is very clean, nice design, modern equippment. The location is perfect as it is very quiet, less touristic area but still very close to the wonderfull beaches and nice local shops. Christophe is very helpfull host, contact with him and arranged arrival very smooth. Bottle of cider and cookies for the welcome and croissants and baguette for his visit were very kind. We definitely recommend the property and would love to come back for another relaxing holidays.

Ravissante maison proche de la mer et du centre

La maison est trĂšs propre et bien entretenue, on s'y sent bien immĂ©diatement.Des commerces sont proches Ă  pied de la maison pour les commoditĂ©s quotidiennes.La plage est Ă  3 minutes en voiture et le centre historique de St Malo est Ă  moins de 10 minutes en voiture.Un trĂšs bon emplacement pour ĂȘtre au calme et proche de St Malo et des environs.

Comme Ă  la maison !

Nous avons pu nous ressourcer et nous reposer une semaine dans cette trĂšs belle region. La location est un petit bijou au calme, on trouve tout dans le quartier, la plage est proche. Merci pour cet acceuil, nous recommandons Ă  200% !

Wunderschönes Steinhaus

Sehr schönes Steinhaus in sehr ruhiger jedoch stĂ€dtischer Lage. BĂ€cker, KĂ€seladen, Fischladen, toller Weinladen und mehrere Metzger gleich um die Ecke, Strandpromenade zu Fuß erreichbar. Toller Gastgeber (vielen Dank fĂŒr die leckeren Erdbeeren). Nur zu empfehlen

Schönes Objekt, leider unsauber und schimmelig

Die Lage ist super und der Garten sehr schön. Man bekommt alles was man braucht zu Fuß. Leider war es das unsauberste Objekt, was wir je hatten. Ein Zimmer roch so gestockt, dass wir uns nicht in das Bett legen wollten. Wir bekamen schnell neue BettwĂ€sche. Beim beziehen sahen wir den schwarzen Schimmel an der Bettdecke. Wir haben sie dann erstmal gewaschen. Das half alles nichts und das Zimmer roch weiter wie ein alter Keller. Wir haben es dann nicht bewohnt und die Kinder auf der Wohnmobilmatratze auf dem Fußboden im anderen Zimmer schlafen lassen. Die Duschen waren verkalkt und schwarz in den Ecken. Ich selbst bin gegen Schimmel allergisch und habe Tabletten genommen. Alles im Haus war feucht. Auch die Kleidung nach einer Woche. Vieles vom Geschirr haben wir erstmal in die SpĂŒlmaschine getan, da es dreckig im Schrank stand. Die Abzugshaube war selbst an den Knöpfen fettig, Haare in den SchubkĂ€sten, Spinnweben, alte Korkensammlungen voriger Bewohner, in der KĂŒche klemmten und kratzten diverse TĂŒren und SchĂŒbe. Der Grill war so eklig verkrustet dass wir uns einen gekauft haben. In so einem Zustand kann man das nicht vermieten. Und bei dem Preis haben wir uns wirklich geĂ€rgert. GlĂŒcklicherweise war das Wetter gut und wir verbrachten die meiste Zeit draußen. Die GĂ€rten selbst waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Objekt könnte sehr schön sein, wenn es mal von Grund auf ĂŒberholt werden wĂŒrde.

Traditionelles bretonisches Ambiente als guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr TagesausflĂŒge

Das Haus ist mit den hohen Mauern um das GrundstĂŒck sehr ruhig gelegen im Zentrum von Parame. Alle Besorgungen des tĂ€glichen Lebens sind fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar. Bei gutem Wetter sitzt man draußen vor dem Haus oder auch im Garten in schöner entspannter AtmoshpĂ€re, z.b. zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck. Im Inneren muss man sich etwas pragmatisch einrichten. Das Haus ist zwar fĂŒr 8 Personen mit 4 Schlafzimmern ausgestattet, es gibt aber sonst wenig Raum fĂŒr 8 im Gemeinschaftsbereich (Esstisch mit 6 StĂŒhlen, Sofaecke fĂŒr max 4. 2 durchgesessene Sessel stehen eher im Weg herum. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist mit 8 Personen keine Garderobe schon ein Problem. SanitĂ€rbereiche sind nichts fĂŒr etwas grĂ¶ĂŸere Menschen. Die KĂŒche ist ordentlich ausgestattet, aber einige Utensilien (Pfannen!) sollten erneuert werden. Wenn man sich mit dem Komfort etwas arrangiert und generell das alte bretonischen Mauerwerk wĂŒrdigt, verbringt man hier eine schöne Zeit in der Bretagne.

Authentisch bretonisches Haus

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit der Familie hier sehr genossen. Der Ortsteil ParamĂ© ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten der Umgebung zu erkunden. Ins Stadtzentrum von Saint Malo kommt man ĂŒber einen ausgiebigen Spaziergang entlang der Strandpromenade oder mit den regelmĂ€ĂŸig fahrenden Bussen. Das Haus ist authentisch bretonisch und dementsprechend sind auch die BĂ€der etwas eng. Man kann prima im Garten frĂŒhstĂŒcken oder auf der Wiese spielen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und wohnt gegenĂŒber. Ankunft und Abreise werden ĂŒber ein nettes Concierge Ehepaar organisiert, die bei kleinen Problemen gut erreichbar sind.

Jolie maison mais vous n'irez pas Ă  la plage Ă  pieds.

La maison est située dans un quartier vraiment agréable et trÚs calme, avec beaucoup d'excellents commerçants à deux pas. Elle est bien décorée mais manque de penderies dans les chambres. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé, elle se trouve à 1,2km de la plage, vous obligeant à utiliser votre voiture si vous séjournez avec de jeunes enfants ou des personnes ùgées (ce qui était notre cas). La place de parking dans la cour ne convient pas à un gros véhicule (break). Globalement chouette endroit mais dont la localisation ne correspondait pas à ce qui était annoncé.

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Sehr gute Betten, in der KĂŒche ist alles notwendige vorhanden, Einrichtung passt zum GemĂ€uer. Die Lage ist super, kurzer Weg an den Strand, sehr ruhig, toller Garten und Hof, nur der Stellplatz fĂŒr das Auto ist etwas klein, Autos können aber problemlos und kostenlos etwa 40m vom Haus abgestellt werden. Rundum empfehlenswert!😃

L'annonce était tout à fait conforme à la réalité. La bonne surprise était le grand calme environnant , la réelle proximité des commerces de bonne qualité . Nous avons aussi bien pu profiter du jardin au soleil et à l'abri du vent! Et nous étions assez proches de la plage.

Schönes Haus in schönem Vorort von St. Malo

Das Haus als solches ist sehr schön und liegt in einem sehr netten Vorort von Saint Malo. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein Markt sind hervorragend und zu Fuss leicht erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil ist der relativ weit entfernt liegende Strand. Wenn man mit kleineren Kindern unterwegs ist so ist die Entfernung von ca. 800 Metern ĂŒber mehr oder weniger befahrene Strassen manchmal etwas mĂŒhselig. 2 Damen FahrrĂ€der und 1 Kinderrad sowie ein Roller werden zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt, in unserem Fall konnte sich aber erstmal niemand an die Schlosskombination erinnern. Wir haben diese dann nach mehreren Tagen durch Zufall in einem KĂ€stchen gefunden. Es gibt auch keine geschriebenen Tips oder Ă€hnliches, der Vermieter meinte er wĂŒrde das persönlich machen. Was uns ebenfalls Ă€rgerte (dies ist eben nicht in allen HĂ€usern der Fall) und auch in gewisser Weise zur Abwertung fĂŒhrt ist, dass es keinerlei Dinge des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs im Haus gab, Seife, SpĂŒlmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier, Pfeffer, Salz, Öl etc. Wir erwarten keine perfekte Ausstattung und keine vollen KĂŒhlschrĂ€nke aber das gar nichts da ist, finden wir bei dem nicht geringen Preis nicht 5 Sterne wĂŒrdig. Nachdem wir dies bemĂ€ngelten kam der Vermieter (wohnt direkt gegenĂŒber) 2 Tage spĂ€ter netterweise mit Salz, Pfeffer und Öl vorbei und hat uns ausserdem 1 Kiste Erdbeeren mitgebracht.

Idealer Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr den Familienurlaub

Ein schönes, typisch bretonisches Haus in zentraler Lage von ParamĂ© mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, Platz zum Spielen fĂŒr die Kinder, Parkplatz (Familien-Van passte in den Hof), BĂ€cker und weitere GeschĂ€fte schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen, freundlichem Vermieter und natĂŒrlich sehr vielen StrĂ€nden und SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten in der nĂ€heren Umgebung. Uns hat es super gefallen, haben uns gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Location trĂšs bien entretenue. SituĂ© dans un quartier trĂšs calme, proche des commerces et de la mer. Barbecue, terrasse et jardin, 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, un trĂšs belle cuisine oĂč il ne manque rien et 2 vĂ©los Ă  disposition qui vous permettront de rejoindre Saint Malo Intra-muros via la digue. Hormis deux trois petits bĂ©mols (manque de vaisselle “familiale” adaptĂ©e Ă  la cuisine de la mer - une grande marmite notamment serait Ă  notre avis utile / vĂ©los hors d’usage bien que leur mise Ă  disposition soit sympathique et menage un peu approximatif...)l’accueil Ă©tait impeccable, la maison est jolie et agrĂ©able, le jardin trĂšs apprĂ©ciable, et parfait avec de jeunes enfant ! le quartier est calme et trĂšs sympathique, les commerces sont proches, la mer aussi : nous avons passĂ© une super quinzaine Ă  la fois proche de tout et trĂšs protĂ©gĂ©s de la foule. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Familienurlaub in der Bretagne

Wir haben mit 2 Familien Urlaub in Saint Malo gemacht. Das Haus ist fĂŒr die Anzahl Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr schön war der eingemauerte Garten wo insbesondere die Kinder sicher spielen konnten. RĂŒckfragen wurden sowohl von der Agentur als auch von Christophe umgehend beantwortet. Wir können Christophe und das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
