Independent gîte, at the back of the owners' house, located in the heart of the Parc de Brière, near the marshes, on the Montoir/St Joachim departmental axis (30 m back from the road), 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule.

Single storey: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room and separate toilet.
Equipment included: wifi, complete baby equipment on request, washer-dryer, Tassimo pod coffee machine.
