A back kitchen can store beach equipment and a washing machine. A large terrace with garden for relaxation will allow you to spend a friendly time with family and friends (outdoor dining table available) / outdoor shower.
The floor includes a spacious living room (television) very bright overlooking a terrace with sea view, a room with a bunk bed trundle (possibility of a third bed), a private bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.
