Parfait

Emplacement parfait comme camp de base pour visiter l'île, vue exceptionnelle sur l'océan indien et le lagon. Le lave linge est un point très positif. Il est bien précisé 80 marches du parking haut à l'appartement. Mais il y a en plus de 80 marches de l'entrée de la résidence au parking haut. Soit un total environ de 160 à 190 marches si vous êtes à pied.

Super séjour

Appartement très bien située sur Saint leu ,vu panoramique, logement confortable et une deco soigner. Résidence fermé avec parking privé, juste prévoir un peu de cardio pour monter les escaliers mais le prix à payé pour une vue magnifique. Si je doit revenir à la réunion je prendrai le même location. Très confortable et vue splendide

Un appartement très bien agencé et décoré avec goût, confortable, avec une terrasse qui permet d’admirer la vue à toute heure et de petit-déjeuner en compagnie des baleines qui batifolent dans la mer. Le seul bémol viendrait du temps mis à traverser les différents étages (pas fluides) du garage pour arriver au parking, puis les 80 marches avec un chargement, et il est difficile d’envisager de descendre à pieds en ville ou à la plage. Mais la vue est la récompense !! Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour.

A la maison !

Cette formule résume, pour nous, parfaitement l’esprit d’accueil et de préparation de cet appartement par les hôtes Anouk et Laurent : pratique, convivial, chaleureux, complet, joli, confortable, traversant, parking sécurisé à l’ombre, sans oublier la partie contemplative sur l’océan qu’offre le balcon couvert ! Bref : un vrai havre de paix, de repos et de récupération ! MERCI à Anouk et Laurent pour cette très belle proposition !

Accès appartement tres compliqué dans le parking couvert et pour le final 84 marches à gravir

Appartement tres tres difficile d’accès une absence de ménage et de propreté du linge de maison taché ainsi que les oreillers .. constats partagés par sms et photos avec le gérant de la location . Acte de malveillance constaté le compteur d’eau fermé pendant notre 1 ère nuit Par contre très belle vue mer

Premier séjour à la Réunion

Appartement très bien placé, à quelques minutes à pied comme en voiture du centre ville. l'appartement est bien équipé et en plus dispose d'un emplacement parking sécurisé cela évite que la voiture soit stationnée dans la rue. Dernier étage une vue dégagée sur l'océan. Je recommande cette location.

Une vue exceptionnelle

Appartement très agréable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, dans une résidence très tranquille. Et une vue à couper le souffle, un vrai spectacle. La terrasse est très bien aménagée pour passer de bons moments. Une seule mise en garde, mais une telle vue se paye, c'est qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers pour atteindre l'appartement : équivalent de 4 étages depuis la place de parking privé ou 8 étages depuis l'entrée de la résidence. Très bon sejour. Je vous le conseille.

Excellent séjour aux Terrasses Du Lagon

Une vue magnifique sur l'océan , un appartement tout confort , idéalement placé pour aller à la plage ou encore admirer les cirques ...Nous avons passé un super moment aux terrasses du Lagon ! Anouk et Laurent sont toujours dispo pour vous guider et vous aider a passer un très bon séjour !on en gardera un excellent souvenir

Großartige Aussicht aus einem sehr angenehmen Appartment

Der allmorgendliche Blick auf den Indischen Ozean ist einfach umwerfend. Zwar liegt die Wohnung eher am Ortsrand, doch ist der Weg ins Zentrum bzw. zum Strand zu Fuß in 12-15 Minuten machbar. Leider kommen nach dem Anstieg noch ca acht Stockwerke Treppen hinzu. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz liegt erfreulicherweise nur vier Stockwerke tiefer. Dies ist auch ein Vorteil der Wohnung: Man hat immer einen Parkplatz und kommt relativ schnell aus Saint-Leu heraus und wieder zurück. So sind auch alle Orte der Westküste schnell zu erreichen, selbst Saint-Denis und Saint-Pierre. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend groß und bietet alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Es ist alles sehr sauber und alles funktioniert. Laurent und Anouk haben zudem immer (!) für Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden und konnten sofort helfen. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal.
