Château de Rochebonne is a truly unique experience. Entirely privatized for the duration of your stay, this historic chateau opens its doors to you, featuring 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen, lounges, a library, and a games room. All this within a private, walled estate with a heated private pool and complete privacy—an exceptional setting for a holiday with family or friends, just 10 minutes from the beaches.

The chateau offers impressive living space: a vast entrance hall with a stone staircase, a large living and dining room, a second living room on the top floor, a library, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob, 3 refrigerators, 3 freezers) and a laundry room. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the castle and satellite TV is provided in the living areas.

The outdoor spaces are equally remarkable: private heated swimming pool with no overlooking neighbors, large barbecue, garden furniture, sandbox, swings, tennis and badminton nets, reading room and games room with ping-pong table. The estate is fully enclosed and secure, allowing parents to relax while children run and play freely in the extensive gardens.

The château is exclusively reserved for you and your guests for the duration of your stay. You have access to the entire estate, including the swimming pool and parking, in complete privacy. Perfect French chateau

Perfect location and near to popular seaside resort. Ideal for all ages with a variety of amenities within the chateau. Hosts were very welcoming and contactable. Superb setting and idyllic pool perfect lace for families

Points positifs : l'environnement, la literie impeccable, le calme, la proximité d'Oleron. Points négatifs : la piscine non chauffée - indication pourtant mentionnée par mail au moment de la réservation. Donc pas de baignade pour notre groupe. Manque peut-etre un peu de vaisselle pour la capacité de l'hébergement. Dans l'ensemble une bonne adresse pour un séjour de groupe nous étions 19 et repartons ravies.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis Le domaine est très spacieux pour un groupe et sûrement plus agréable en été La literie est confortable le linge de maison propre Petit bémol : l’accès au deuxième étage par l’escalier est très raide et m’a paru dangereux Je recommande ce domaine

7 jours passé à neuf proches, ravis de se retrouver pour festoyer ensemble et découvrir le pays environnant. Le château 19ème bien qu'insuffisamment confortable était plaisant.et fort dépaysant.

Propriété de caractère adaptée a des séjours en famille avec des enfants. Il faut compter 5 chambres utilisables par des adultes et nous pensions en avoir 7 au vu de l'annonce. Le four n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis un bout de temps. L entretien laisse à désirer. Donc une certaine déception à l arrivée. Apres on s'habitue.

Lieu spacieux et reposant

Très bon accueil dans cette grande demeure du XIXème siècle aux pièces spacieuses bien adaptée pour accueillir de grandes familles. Le lieu avec un parc clos de murs et une grande piscine est très agréable et permet de se reposer en toute intimité et sécurité pour les enfants. Bien situé pour découvrir Oléron, Rochefort et les marais avec de belles balades à faire.
