Cocoonr offers this charming house for rent, ideally located on the shores of Lake Annecy, with direct access to the port of Saint-Jorioz.
The harbour, beach and pier are literally at the foot of the villa: all you have to do is walk along the crystal-clear waters to reach the swimming areas and enjoy the water sports.
Garden level :
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90x200) that can be converted into a double bed, electric shutters.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with WC, electric shutters and direct access to the garden through a bay window
- Fully-equipped utility room with washing machine
Ground floor:
- Fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, freezer)
- Shower room with WC and washbasin
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190), storage space, mountain view
- Bright living room with dining area (extendable table for up to 8 people) and lounge with large corner sofa and connected TV
- Spacious suspended terrace with lake view, garden furniture, outdoor table and plancha grill

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
