Constructed from wood and glass, this through-plan villa boasts modern architecture, top-of-the-range comfort and generous living space. Surrounded by fields, it enjoys an exceptional position with 360° views over Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains.
An ideal place for a holiday with family or friends, combining conviviality, relaxation and direct access to numerous outdoor activities.

The villa comprises

Ground floor:
- Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Garage (some of the owners' personal belongings are stored here and kept secure).
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together + sofa bed (140x190 cm).
- Separate bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

Main floor (garden level):
- 150 m² panoramic terrace, furnished and equipped with a plancha.
- Large 80 m² living room including :
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, etc.).

- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 55 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, there are several parking spaces in front of the house.
