You will appreciate its ideal location for lovely walks as well as the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, especially La Tournette.
The flat is composed as follows:
- Beautiful living room with sitting area including sofa bed (ideal for one person) and connected TV
- Dining area with mountain views
- Fully fitted open-plan kitchen with spacious work surface and all necessary equipment

- Double bedroom (160x200 cm) with fitted wardrobes and TV
- Shower room with washbasin and washing machine
- Separate WC
Outside area:
- Access to the east-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the rising sun over a cup of coffee.
