Room was clean, small fridge & microwave no hot water in the bathroom sink but lots in the shower. When the people in the next room wete showering. Uou gould vlearly hear them, our toilet bubbled The beds are double & felt unsteady The place appears to be very old & it lookd like the owners are trying to spruce it up. The owners were friendly & had a light breakfast in the lobby . There were tables outside or uou could take it back to your room. I likely wouldn't stay again

Best place to stay in Sussex area

Excellent place to stay with friends on or annual dirt bike trip. Nice simple clean rooms and the best fresh muffins for breakfast. Owners are very friendly people.

The owner was a very nice gentleman. He made us feel welcome and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was available but I just had tea. We would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were so friendly. They did so much to make our stay comfortable.The breakfast they serve is better than any motel I’ve stayed in.If you want to stay in a friendly place where they treat you like a favourite family member this is the place!

The property is an older building but they have been updating so the inside was nice. Didn't expect much if any breakfast but was surprised when the owners made fresh eggs, corn chowder and had fruit and muffins and other items there. They took us to our room and showed us how to use everything and made sure we were all set. While we were there noticed a few people that were repeat customers making a point of staying there. Would stay there again if the same owners. Really nice people.

The rooms were not clean. But the bed was very comfortable and clean. Not bad if someone wants to stay one night….the owners are super nice. I wont stay there again.

The property is very dated. However, they are making updates; e.g. new since last year keyless locks. The place is very clean, the owners are terrific and friendly, the bed is comfortable, the towels are nice and thick, good breakfast..lots of positives. However, the noise like settleling in, travels between rooms, and room is very dated. I just need a place to stay when traveling long distances. It isn't luxurious, but it is clean, safe very pleasant, and a good value. I would come back, and I have.
