    Studio Saint Jean de Monts

    Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Saint Jean de Monts. Le studio de madame Morel est très bien situé avec un grand balcon face à la mer. L'intérieur est bien aménagé, avec goût et il ne manque rien. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si possible.

    Une semaine de vacances dans un appartement très fonctionnel et soigné idéal pour deux personnes. Un lieu paisible à quelques mètres de la plage (la vue de la terrasse en parle d'elle même !) A dix minutes à pieds, on y trouve des rues plus animées avec resto, pub, diverses boutiques,... Suite aux généreux conseils de la propriétaire des lieux, nous avons pu visiter avec plaisir différentes villes aux alentours. Un excellent séjour, avec une mention particulière pour l'accueil sympathique et bienveillant de Madame Morel.

    Studio agréable face mer

    Studio propre et rénové (belle douche avec robinet thermostatique), face mer. On aperçoit l'île d'Yeu au loin et le soleil couchant en se penchant du balcon. Bon accueil des propriétaires. Possibilité de stationnement à proximité (mais il peut y avoir du monde qui va à l'estacade/jetée à côté). Studio au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Pas de radiateur fixe, mais un bain d'huile sur roulettes (suffisant). Il y a deux petites plaques de cuisson électriques (pas précisé dans le descriptif). L'insonorisation est perfectible (ouvrants pas vraiment étanches) et la porte sur le couloir vers la salle d'eau/ WC a été enlevée. Idéal pour deux en basse/moyenne saison, à voir en été.
