Close to sporting and tourist attractions in Sarthe, located near La Flèche on the main Le Mans-Angers road, our cottage can accommodate family reunions or get-togethers with friends for up to 15 people, for a weekend or longer vacation.
Located in a 20,000 m² enclosed woodland, this contemporary house comprises a 100 m² ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 45 m² living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, a dressing room and a sink, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The 80 m² upper floor includes 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a dressing room, a dormitory with 5 single beds, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. In the basement, a 70m² games room equipped with an adult billiards table, a children's billiards table, an adult foosball table, a children's foosball table, and a ping-pong table. Outside: tennis court.

Tout pour la convivialité

Très beau gîte avec des chambres rénovées. Intérieur spacieux dont nous n’avons pas profité, le temps étant splendide ce week-end là. Très grande table à l’extérieur, barbecue, grands espaces pour des jeux d extérieur, vue dégagée. Pour animer la soirée, nous sommes descendus dans la salle de jeux pour jouer au baby-foot, au ping-pong et au billard. Nous étions quinze et sommes unanimes : un gîte recommandable sans modération.
