Most of the rooms in this Belle Epoque villa (1870) fully restored with refinement offer a unique panoramic view of the ocean and the entrance to the port of St Gilles Croix de Vie.

Large landscaped terrace in front of the villa and swimming pool with garden and covered terrace in the back.

Ideal for stays with friends or family, the villa consists of:

- on the ground floor: an entrance and a large veranda overlooking a pleasant living room (height under beams, parquet floor and fireplace) an equipped kitchen, a utility room overlooking the garden and the swimming pool and a toilet.
- on the 1st floor: a landing with sea view distributes
                    sea side a bedroom in the tower (140x200 bed), a master suite (160x200 bed + 80x190 bed + drawer bed) with separate shower room and dressing room
                    garden and swimming pool side a children's bedroom (80x190 bunk bed with drawer bed), a large bathroom (bath, single sink and wc)
- on the 2nd floor: a room with sea view in the tower (library and frame height) (140x190 bed) a bathroom (jet shower) and an adorable attic family room (4 80x190 beds)

Nice house on perfect spot, cleaning was bad

The house is very spacious and the rooms and bathrooms are very nice. The garden and pool are small (6x3 meter pool) but very nice. The sand on the beach is coarse and the sea was very cold for the time of year. The walk to the shops and restaurants is aproximately 2 km. The contact with the owners was fine, except about the clearing. The clearing was very bad: we have found hairs, glue for artificial nails, half a lemon, spider webs, a pacifier and all kinds of bits and pieces all over the place. This was an important downside of our stay

perfect spot, always wanted to have a house by the sea

plenty of room for 9 of us, near to town ,VERYwell equipped, lovely conservatory to sit and have meals in, comfy lounge,parking for our 2 big cars, plenty of chairs and table out back plus bbq, lovely pool, great kitchen and laundry room,plenty of toilets for us all,best of all walk across the road sea and beach right there plus 2 small bars and cafe,windows open and you could hear the sea in the morning, could go on and on but will just say WE JUST LOVED IT !!!

Tout juste parfait pour notre grande famille. Bonne surprise d'avoir un équipement bébé. Petit bémol pour l'entretien de la piscine en période de forte chaleur, on devrait avoir accÚs à l'aspirateur et au contrÎle de l'eau. Cela éviterait au pisciniste de passer beaucoup de temps pour les suivants...Juste la rue à traverser pour la plage, c'est royalMerci à Cindy qui gÚre trop bien.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans la villa Sainte Marie, bien équipée et trÚs bien située. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis par Cindy qui a été trÚs à l'écoute et réactive à nos demandes. Quelques aménagements structurels sont néanmoins à envisager dans les prochaines années... Enfin, il est un peu dommage que la hauteur de la haie ne permette pas une vue mer depuis la véranda.

Maison charmante face à la mer et la plage. Elle est prÚs de la ville à pieds. Possibilité de stationner à l'intérieur. Nous étions 9 et avons apprécié toutes les prestations de cet hébergement. L'accueil et le suivi de séjour de "la petite concierge à vélo" a été chaleureux et efficace. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette villa.

1 semaine exceptionnelle (bien aidée pr une météo au top)Logement parfait pour un regroupement familial. La maison est trÚs belle et fonctionnelle. Vacances d'été à Saint-Gilles

Nous avons passé une semaine avec notre famille constituant un groupe de 10 personnes.Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement du logement prÚs de la mer , les repas pris en véranda et les nombreux sanitaires. Nous avons été un peu déçu du temps et n'avons pas beaucoup profité de la piscine.

séjour merveilleux

avec la mĂ©tĂ©o trĂšs estivale, nous avons pu profiter au maximum de la terrasse extĂ©rieure ainsi que de la piscine. la villa est magnifique, les chambres sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables et les lits confortables. La petite concierge Ă  vĂ©lo est trĂšs sympathique et toujours prĂȘte Ă  rĂ©pondre Ă  nos attentes.

Maison familiale trÚs bien située. La petite concierge à vélo au TOP et réactive.

Dommage qu'il manque une 4Úme chambre pour un couple (au lieu d'un couchage au 2Úme avec 4 lits simples) et problÚme d'intimité pour les sanitaires au 2Úme étage (les toilettes, la douche sans fermeture en plein passage pour aller dans la chambre.

Séjour vendéen

Belle découverte de St Gilles Croix de Vie. Cohabitation de 4 générations. La météo n'étant pas clémente nous avons apprécié l'espace de cette belle villa trÚs lumineuse et surtout la vue mer (dommage que cette vue ne soit pas accessible de la véranda en position assise, merci au jardiner de gagner quelques dizaines de cm sur la haie).
