Everything here was great! A beautiful hotel, in a medieval building, perfectly situated on a quiet street (rare) in the center of historic Carcassonne. Very friendly staff, splendid room with generous amenities and a very well appointed bathroom (L'Occitane en Provence). Overall perfect stay!

A delightful stay. Highly recommend.

Exceeded all expectations. The hotel was inside the city gates of Carcassonne. Updated and comfortable. Nice, quite garden in the back where you could escape the crowds. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was friendly, especially the staff stationed for the breakfast buffet. Where to park was a bit confusing and the GPS tried to take us through the city gates (obviously, not possible). Would highly recommend the experience and the hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel in a stunning place. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the shared areas excellent. The only fault is our room felt a bit tired for a 4 star hotel.
