Located on the ground floor, it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:

- 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A 15 m² veranda with furniture, opening onto the garden

First floor:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)

- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with a manual awning and furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
