The apartment is 53 m² and features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, combination oven/microwave/grill, ceramic hob, and dishwasher; a television; one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom; one bedroom with two single beds; a double sofa bed in the living room; a private bathroom; a separate WC; and ample storage space. It includes a private parking space in a covered garage, a private ski locker, and access to the residence's amenities: heated indoor swimming pool, fitness room, and lounge area with fireplace.
