Located 150 m from the main beach and on the 3rd floor without elevator of the Jacques Cartier residence, pretty tastefully decorated studio offering an entrance, a living room (convertible sofa for 1 child up to 10 years old) with kitchen area opening onto a balcony with open view and a sleeping area (1 double bed for 2 adults) separated by Japanese panels and a bathroom with toilet.
A private parking space.
The apartment is equipped with WiFi via an AIRBOX box available until the end of October.
The residence has an uncovered swimming pool accessible (July and August) to people in the residence.
