Très bon logement. Très bien située, pas trop loin du centre ville à pied (petite côte pour y aller mais ça fait les jambes !) Logement très propre avec une très bonne literie. On s'y sent bien !

Logement agréable et fonctionnel

Logement récent bien situé par rapport au centre de Saint-Brieuc avec tout le confort. Il tranche avec l'état de l'immeuble. Idéal pour 2 personnes. Par contre, certaines nuits, les véhicules allant au port du Légué sont très bruyantes (musique à fond à 3h et vitesses excessives)

St brieuc est la ville ou vie ma belle famille, nous avons donc bien profité d'eux car la situation de l'appartement était bien placé, c'est un appartement très agréable bien décoré avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon moment et de plus le contact avec les propriétaires était sympa Je conseil donc cette location
