Arrived on Sunday to find that no restaurant/chef available. We did not know this and could have been a problem had we not been able to get a curry delivered!
The bar too was a bit of an issue, however, this was made available to us and dining Al Fresco with a beautiful view was accomplished.
Very nice people and a stunning setting. We all had individual rooms/fires that were well prepared and provided the rest that was needed.
Bugs in the room hardly had any sleep and you can hardly see the bridge from your cabin. But restaurant wiew was nice but the food was badly done.. no taste, but area around the pool was fantastic

A lot smaller than we' d hope and the free wifi/ internet was non existent. They said that it was a supplier problem and they had complained to the provider but it worked in the office so more likely a weak internal signal. As the reception shut at 8PM we didn't get the chance to try it in reception anyway.
We'd booked this hotel with internet connection top of mind so that was a big problem for us.
Great little no frills cabin with good patios for sitting out on in the evening and looking round the valley. Very clean. Need a car as quite far out of town. Perfect as a stopover. The pool looked lovely, but too cold the night we stayed. Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel was very good. Excellent for relaxation. Very peaceful. Great outlook. Nowhere to eat locally if restaurant is closed. You have to go back into town.
Not rooms in a large building, rather small comfortable cabins with all hotel comforts.

Disappointing accommodation
The cabin was right at the bottom of the hotel site, a long way from reception and the swimming pool, via a very high hill, so that the only option was to drive up if you wanted a swim. Wooden chairs on the verandah had no cushions and were uncomfortable. The kitchen equipment was minimal with no breadboard, bread knife or sharp cooking knife and no kind of mixing bowl. They said they would charge 42 euro for the cleaning which is a lot but though the cabins are set among gravel and dirt there was no long handled broom to sweep the floor, which made cleaning difficult. I have never been in a cabin where cleaning equipment was not provided. We paid 200 euros for 2 nights and I think that was a rip off. For that price I expected a really nice cabin with attention to detail. The setting with a view of the Millau viaduct was great but we felt isolated.
We booked this property because there were great views of the viaduct from the chalets and, from this point of view, we were not disappointed. However, there were not many other guests and so there was very little atmosphere in either the bar or the dining room. Because of this we ate in Millau itself for 2 evenings and this involved a car journey which we prefer not to do in the evenings on holiday.
Very comfortable chalet, nicely equipped. Good view of Millau Viaduct. Restaurant excellent but you may need to check opening times. We stayed late September and it was open in the evenings only Wednesday to Saturday. A little way out of town but very peaceful.
Chalet comfortable and clean. Food (petit dejeuner) good. Swimming pool irresistible. Area spectacular and has activities for all. Will recommend to friends and family.
Sat Nav struggled to find the hotel, but when it did everything was great. A view of the viaduct and great food and service. Wait until you try the breakfast !!
