Room was cold, temp set to 27c but was around 19c. Reception said to give some time if it didn't warm they would put a heater in room. Heater did t materialise.

Really good service from staff and excellent parking (note is FCFS). Pillows a bit uncomfortable and bathrooms a little small but overall good stay. Just outside main area and immediate area not beautiful but no more than 5 mins walk to town

Standard room booked - accessible room given.

We booked a standard room for the last night of our holiday only to arrive at the hotel to find we’d been allocated an accessible room. The bathroom was like something you’d find in a hospital with a stool in the shower. We were totally disappointed and checked out into another hotel in the area. Half the price and twice as nice. Not happy at all.

Honfleur Old Port Center

Nice enough hotel with parking near the Honfleur old port city. Very walkable to lots of good restaurants. Great seafood choices at most.

Great Hotel

Wonderful. Right near downtown. The closer you get to downtown the louder the church bells are in the morning and during the day. The bed and the sheets were extremely comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Nice and quiet. The bathroom was clean. The shower worked well and had a heat lock on the hot water. You have to press the button to get it hotter which is great. If you have little ones they will not scold themselves. The two ladies we encountered at the front desk were more than helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. Parking was extra, it is behind the hotel and I think it was around $10 or €10 and a few dollars/euros for a city tax no big deal I think it was an added 13-14 €. They provide a little refrigerator with a wonderful cold bottle of water, which they will refill with sparkling or flat. I thought that was a really nice touch. The parking is tight, but everybody seemed really considerate of each other’s vehicles. ( if you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton or fancy fancy go to Deauville and pay €500 a night .) Honfleur is a beautiful commune. So glad we visited and stayed the night. The only disappointment was having to leave.
