"L'intemporel" A large apartment (Gîte) near the river Cèze

The largest apartment (100 m2) has a large terrace (garden table, sun-shade and electric barbecue) which opens up from the kitchen/ lounge where a pool table has been installed. A small separate area on the mezzanine has been set aside serving as a relaxation and games space. There are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and 2 separate toilets.

The « Intemporel » is in the region of Occitanie in Provence Gardois located in the beautiful little village of Saint André de Roquepertuis, just a 10-minute walk to the Cèze river (5 minutes by car).

Our house itself has been renovated and dates from the 18th century. It is comprised of 3 self-catering apartments overlooking the surrounding hills at the rear. Two of the apartments have their own private terrace. There are two one-bedroom apartments and one with three bedrooms.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Tatsächlich eine Unterkunft mit echtem Billard-Tisch

Wir buchten diese Unterkunft aufgrund der ansprechenden Ausstattung, obwohl wir nur zu zweit dort wohnten. Somit hatten wir ausreichend Platz und konnten im unteren Schlafzimmer übernachten, was bei sehr hohen Außentemperaturen der kühlste Raum ist. Wir haben täglich in der Küche gekocht, daher war uns die weitgehend vollständige Ausstattung wichtig. Das Bad ist vergleichsweise klein und beim Aufhängen feuchter Handtücher mussten wir uns behelfen. Bei einer Belegung mit sechs Personen wäre dies noch etwas schwerer geworden. Die Terrasse liegt tagsüber in der Vollsonne und ist im Hochsommer daher nur abends nutzbar. Wir haben in der Dämmerung gerne draußen gegessen - zumindest bis wir uns wegen kleiner Steckmücken in die Wohnung zurückziehen mussten. Freundlicherweise stellte uns die Vermieterin elektrische Mückenschutz-Geräte zur Verfügung, um uns in der Wohnung vor diesen Plagegeistern zu schützen. Durch diese waren allerdings die ohnehin wenigen Steckdosen in der Unterkunft weitgehend belegt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war das WLAN etwas unbeständig, aber dafür haben wir uns über den vollwertigen Billard-Tisch sehr gefreut und jeden Abend daran gespielt. Wo findet man schon mal so etwas ungewöhnliches?
