Grand studio style loft très bien situé!!

Nous nous sommes sentis très très bien dans cette jolie location saisonnière au coeur de l'Ardèche. Propreté impeccable, l'appartement est spacieux, parfaitement équipé, très confortable, très lumineux! Matériel de qualité et récent! Les propriétaires sont juste à côté et d'une discrétion absolue tout en étant à notre disposition.... rivière au bas du terrain où le calme domine! Superette sympa et bien fournie au village proche. Ruoms et l'Ardèche à quelques minutes en voiture! Adresse à retenir! Merci

Sylvie est une personne très accueillante et en même temps très discrète.

Gîte très bien aménagé et confortable. Bien situé pour faire plein de balades . Par contre au mois d’Aout très peu d’eau Dans la rivière Chassezac.

Merci Sylvie pour votre accueil conciliant à la fois discrétion et disponibilité. Nous recherchions un lieu calme, vous proposez un environnement idéal entouré de verdure, propice au repos et offrant un paysage bucolique. Nous avons adoré. Nous recherchions un logement simple et moderne permettant de profiter des extérieurs, les aménagements intérieur et la terrasse parfaitement orientée nous ont comblés. La situation ... pour ceux qui connaissent c'est l'idéal, proche des rivières de la Beaume, du Chassezac (au bout du jardin), de l'Ardèche bien sur, ou encore de l'ibie. Mais aussi des chemins de randonnées, des grottes ... Et parce que c'est aussi nécessaire, toutes les commodités sont à proximité (Ruoms à 5km) et ce qu'il faut à Saint Alban ou à Grospierres. Nous renouvellerons sans hésitation. Encore merci Sylvie Eric et Véronique.

Excellent lieu de séjour

L'endroit se trouve dans une petite impasse calme et paisible. Le studio possède beaucouo de charme et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La climatisation est très appréciable par fortes chaleurs. La terrasse dehors permet également de profiter de la douceur des soirées. La localisation est excellente pour les activités et profiter du beau paysage. Accueil parfait et propriétaire très sympathique.

La petite maison est confortable, propre et très jolie. Propriétaires accueillants et discrets nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Saint Alban auriolles qui est à proximités de nombreux sites d'intérêt à visiter. Nous recommandons cette location avec grand plaisir.

Cadre très agréable, appartement très soigné, des propriétaires dispos et à la fois très discrets

Un appartement très soigné décoré avec goût et très fonctionnel pour un couple ou deux. La terrasse est ensoleillée toute la journée et vous ferez face à un magnifique jardin très calme. Un accès à la rivière est possible et rajoute un plus à cet ensemble très reposant. Les propriétaires sont adorables, à l'écoute et également très discrets. Concernant la localisation, elle est très bonne, vous serez à cinq minutes de la ville de Ruoms et à environ 20 minutes du Vallon Pont d'Arc donc autant dire à proximité des principaux lieux touristiques.
