In a vast park (shared with the owners and guests of the small cottage) where you can stroll in peace and quiet, you'll be located 5km from the fishing lake of Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières and from Saint-Lys, where you'll find all shops and services. This bright and well-equipped cottage also offers a private terrace and garden. The interior has been furnished by the owners, with a unique living room featuring a bar separating the lounge area from the kitchen. The house is attached to the old forge where Monique's family used to train their trotting horses. The property was divided between the main house, the wine cellar, the forge, and an annex farm, and covered more than 70 hectares. It has been in the Levrat family for over 70 years. Ideally located, you'll be 30km west of Toulouse's historic center and 17km from the Isle-Jourdain leisure park in the Gers region (offering swimming, wakeboarding, and more). Muret, with its Bonnets swimming lake, and the Aqualudia water park are both 20km away. The African Safari Zoo is 10km away. The Ramée leisure park (swimming lake and golf course) is 20km away. On the ground floor: a spacious living room (fireplace and one single bed) with an open-plan kitchen opening onto a terrace. Upstairs: a mezzanine, two bedrooms (one with two single beds), a bathroom, and a toilet. Electric heating. Parking and fiber optic internet are available. Minimum 14-night stay. Arrivals/Departures on weekdays between 8:30 and 9:00 AM and from 5:00 PM onwards. 10% discount for stays of 21 consecutive nights or more. Another cottage for 3 people is available on the property. Please note that depending on the weather conditions, the grass in the park may be high. A gardener may need to cut the grass during your stay; you will be notified in advance.
