Escape to our cozy 1BR-1BA retreat in Sagle, Idaho—just 150 feet from Lake Pend Oreille with a beach area! This lakeside guest suite offers lake access, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and a shared yard, dock, and playground. Bring your boat or water toys and enjoy a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from downtown Sandpoint, Schweitzer Mountain, and Silverwood Theme Park. Water levels drop in October and return in late May, so plan your adventures accordingly.

Our guest suite is attached to our family home, and you may occasionally see us or our two kids enjoying the yard. While we respect your privacy, we’re nearby if you need anything. Please note: trains do run through the area, a historic part of life in Sandpoint so you may hear one now and then.

Whether you’re here to relax or explore, we look forward to sharing our special slice of North Idaho with you!

Perfect Getaway

Baby Birch Banks is a beautiful vacation home in an amazing location. We stayed with our 9 year old daughter for a trip to Silverwood. The house had absolutely everything we needed and more! You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into every detail. The house is beautiful inside and out. We brought our kayak and paddled along the quiet water. Definitely recommend this place for 2-3 people.
