The room and hotel was renovated and clean. The staff were kind and the breakfast was good. The hotel was close to Frankenmuth which a charming German city nearby. Overall, my stay was very good and pleasant.

The room was renovated and clean. The hotel is close to Frankenmuth which is a beautiful German city nearby. Parking was free which also helped as well. The breakfast as very good and staff were all very kind. Overall, my stay was very pleasant.

Room was newly redone and very nice. Comfortable bed. Only thing was all the outside trash cans over following and on ground with trash when we arrived every trash can was overflowing and on ground. It was taken care of the morning of checkout but bad first impression in arrival.

Made many calls to the hotel for our wedding guests coming in from out of town to make sure rooms weee available and staff at desk couldn’t help much and had to give us the manager. They wouldn’t have the manager reach us so we had to call daily trying to reach her when she was there. Wished for better and easier communication. Especially having many guests stay here

We had three rooms and in one of the rooms, some disgusting, crusty brown stuff was splashed all over the bowl of the sink. It was late and we were too tired to change rooms. The unconcerned desk clerk handed us a wad of dry paper towels and went back to socializing with the male employee(?) who was hanging over the counter. She never once said she was sorry about this. I am requesting a partial refund.

I would like to see more fresh fruit and healthier cereal and bread choices .The hotel was is still under construction and they are painting the outside walls so some of the parking spaces were not available as they were roped off.
