Felt like the reviews were misleading. Drove onto property and a bunch of cop cars. Reserved 1 Queen bed room and was given 2 bed room. Bathtub was dirty like someone dirty took a shower and the dirty suds dried up. Walked up to our room and it was right next door to the door two police officers were knocking on. We didn't feel safe all night. Doors opening and closing and knocking next door. Don't know if this was a one-off but the environment felt sketchy. Bed was comfy and room was nice with tv and fridge at least. Definitely overpriced for what we got.

Minor complaints.

There was only a couple of things that I wasn't happy about. There was people who were up late late night and kept me awake. I didn't sleep well due to that and also the pillows, they were very lumpy. The bath tub was peeling and it put me right off taking a shower. At breakfast time, there should be more choice of cereal and they didn't have my favourite cereal.

Our stay was ok.

Our stay was ok. We were in town for a family event and occupied several rooms. We spent minimal time in our rooms, so it pretty much served the purpose. Staff was very friendly. We opted not to have our room cleaned, but staff was very helpful in replacing our towels when requested. There are some things that needs to be updated. I made my reservations online, but I honestly would not have chosen this hotel if I had known there were no elevators. I was on the 2nd floor, and it wasn't easy carrying my luggage upstairs (nor was there anyone to offer assistance). There was no iron or board (but one was provided when we called the office). We had to call from our cell phone because none of the phones in any of the rooms were working. The office staff said they previously had repairmen there but they couldn't figure out what was wrong.They offer a continental breakfast (which doesn't consist of eggs or any proteins/meats). We chose not to do breakfast during our 4 night stay. The beds and pillows could use updating. They were ok, but not the best in comfort. When entering our room, it was dark because my entry light didnt work. If I'm ever in town again, I probably would not stay here because of the lack of elevators and non-working phones.

Feces: Yes, feces - you know when you travel and finally get to your hotel room you usually need to use the bathroom, right? So we get checked in and go to our room and upon using the bathroom, there are unflushed feces in the toilet. Okay, we'll flush and move on but the toilet is backed up so now we have to call housekeeping. You want to know the really sad part? She blames this on the previous guest for not letting them know. Hello, you are supposed to clean the rooms and if anyone did, they would have caught that mess and dealt with it. The shower still had hair in the drain, the mirror was covered in toothpaste spatter that was from way more stays that just a night. Bottom line, it was the second most disgusting place we have ever stayed in and, we had previously stayed there two times before in the last five years and it was really nice so clearly, they have gotten off track of the good rating. We will not be going back.

The hotel felt a little sketchy. There were people constantly hanging out in the parking lot. There was at least one person that I saw consistently who possibly lives at the hotel. The hotel could definitely use a renovation.

If you are a pet owner, this hotel is probably a great choice for you. However, if you are not staying with a pet, maybe pick a different hotel. I booked a suite because I was going on a mother/daughter over night with my daughters and I wanted the space so we could play games and eat in. However, I found that the suites are probably more for people with pets because the room smelled like dog and there were white pet hairs all over all of the chairs and floor. The beds seemed clean and the towels looked good. But the tub had used soap in it with a few long stands of human hair on the walls and the whole tub was peeling (probably from pets scratching it?) I probably should have asked if there was a different room but my girls were like, it’s fine for one night mom. So, we stayed. However, I think those suites are more for people with pets who are used to the dander in the room. It felt icky to us. (But we are not pet people). The other con was that there were no protein options for breakfast besides peanut butter. But, my girls enjoyed the waffles. So, overall, the stay was fine but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The bathroom was disgusting. No towels. Place smelled of marjuana. Doors slamming all through the night. The staff was rude like they didn't care. The breakfast was so bad you couldn’t even eat any if it. The bathroom had mold in the bathtub. The carpet was nasty and made the room stink.

Went with 2 friends for a girls weekend of shopping and relaxing. We paid for a rollaway bed which was SO uncomfortable. The springs were popping out of the mattress! The first morning, we had no hot water. Apparently there was a problem with the whole hotel and nobody bothered to let us know. After a couple hours the hot water was on again. We had planned on shopping all day and then coming back to relax in the hot tub which was BROKEN! This hotel was awful and we will never stay here again.
