COTTAGE 100 M FROM LAKE VÄNERN***

We rent out our house in a fantastic location at Lake VĂ€nern in Sweden, 100 m
from the swimming area. The house is located on the tip ”VĂ€rmlandsnĂ€s” (40 km
from SĂ€ffle) surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a magnificent view on the
lake.
Here the beach is very child friendly; the water falls only very slightly. The lake is ideal for swimming and fishing. - A fishing license is not required.

Some years the water level is higher so that the sand is covered, but then there is the opportunity to lie on the large grassy area by the water.

FURNISHING AND EQUIPMENT:
2 BEDROOMS with comfortable beds (3 +2)
LIVING ROOM:
Comfortable seating, satellite TV with many foreign channels.

BATHROOM:
Hot and cold water, toilet and shower with massage jets and washer.

LARGE KITCHEN:
LAKE VIEW from the table (See photo) 2 refrigerators, stove with oven, freezer,
microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

OTHER:
We also have a Motorboat with 15 HP and a very fuel-efficient 4- stroke engine,
which you can rent for 200 Euros per week.

To EkenÀs it is 1 Km, where you can find the beautiful restaurang EkenÀs.

For the children there is a playground and Boat trips depart daily during the summer to Lurö. http://www.lurobaten.se/

Along the southern see line there is a very nice walking path along the water.
And when the blueberries are ripe, you can immediately pick some.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Take in the views from a garden and make use of amenities such as barbecue grills.

Unsere Woche in Åkershus war sehr schön und entspannend.Das Haus liegt in einer Idylle.Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, herzlich und darum bedacht, dass es einem gut geht.Das Motorboot, das vom Besitzer ausgeliehen werden kann, hat den Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht.Herzlichen Dank an Anja und Hendrik

Een woning die er staat qua karakter, midden in het groen waar de tijd blijft stilstaan, we hadden er de tijd van ons leven qua rust en natuur. Elanden, reeĂ«n, vos, eekhoorn, kraanvogels, das, arenden, noem maar op. Plaats was er ook genoeg met zo een ruime keuken en kamers . Het ontvangst was warm en hartelijk, de eigenaars voelen aan alsof je ze al jaren kent, vrienden die geen moeite schuwen om alles tot een goed einde te brengen en u de vakantie van u leven te bezorgen. Ik ga er zeker terug 😉

Hervorragender Erholungswert

Ein rundum gelungenes Feriendomizil - fĂŒr Leute die es ruhig mögen und fĂŒr die 40 Km einfache Wegstrecke zum Einkaufen kein Problem darstellen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie eine super schöne Zeit bei Henrick und Anja. Vielen Dank dafĂŒr!

ein authentisches SchwedenhÀuschen in einer unschlagbar tollen Lage

Als wir ankamen, konnten wir erst gar nicht glauben, dass dieses schöne SchwedenhĂ€uschen, das auf einer kleinen Anhöhe in der Sonne stand, fĂŒr die nĂ€chsten 7 Tage unser zu Hause sein wĂŒrde. Es ist von einem riesigen offenem GrundstĂŒck umgeben, auf dem man einen super Ausblick auf den See und immer Sonne hat. Um das HĂ€uschen herum wurden wundervolle Blumen angepflanzt, die in vielen Farben blĂŒhen. Zum See geht es auf einem kleinen Pfad durch das GrundstĂŒck (ca.100m). Dort gibt es einen großen, wenig frequentierten Sandstrand mit sehr flach abfallendem Wasser, BĂ€nke und einem Grillplatz. Noch ein kleines StĂŒck weiter liegt das Boot am Steg. Gleich neben dem Haus gibt es einen schönen Wanderweg zum Hafen nach EkenĂ€s mit wirklich wundervollen Aussichten auf die SchĂ€renkĂŒste. Wenn man die sehr selten befahrene Straße (hört nach dem GrundstĂŒck aufnimmt), kommt man in ca. 1 Kilometer zum idyllisch gelegenen Hafen EkenĂ€s. Dort gibt es auch eine kleine Verkaufsstelle mit Imbiss und man kann sich Boote und FahrrĂ€der ausleihen. Das HĂ€uschen von Henrik und Anja ist perfekt, um vom Alltag abzuschalten und die "Seele baumeln zu lassen". Man muss aber auch wissen, dass es, um SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten in Schweden zu erkunden, doch etwas abseits liegt. Das wussten wir und wollten es so. Wir waren aber auch schon recht oft in Schweden und haben vieles schon gesehen. Im Haus wurde einrichtungsmĂ€ĂŸig das meiste so gelassen, wie es frĂŒher einmal war. HaushaltsgerĂ€te, Toilette und Dusche sind neu. Aber das hat irgendwie auch Stil, typisch schwedisch. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Ein Highlight war fĂŒr uns die abendliche "Elchsafari" mit Henrik. Er ist mit uns mitgefahren und hat uns Stellen gezeigt, an denen man die Elche sehen kann. Wir haben an diesem Abend 8 Elche gesehen. Ein paar Tage spĂ€ter fuhren noch einmal allein los und sahen 14 Elche! Die Rehe konnten wir direkt auf dem GrundstĂŒck sehen. Am Steg, an dem das Boot liegt, gibt es einen Biber. Auch den sahen wir mehrmals, abends auch auch vom Strand aus auf dem See schwimmen. Alles in allem möchten wir uns noch einmal fĂŒr den herzlichen Empfang, die informativen GesprĂ€che und ĂŒberhaupt fĂŒr die tolle Woche bedanken! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
