Staff were friendly when we checked in. Breakfast was decent. Mattresses are very firm and there was no water pressure in the shower- to the point that water didn’t even make it to the shower head more than a drip.

I called ahead let them know we have a disabled toddler and needed a cleaner room. As we needed somewhere last minute to stay because we has just been scammed out of a few thousands of dollars for a house… this experience was horrible there was a spider in the bed my son got bit by:.. not to mention they have bed bugs that I got bitten by on my back. Definitely not family friendly.

There was a problem with the boiler in the afternoon when I went to take a shower at 10 pm the hot water still wasn’t hot and settled for a cold shower. The bed is hard which some people prefer but it’s like sleeping on a piece of plywood other than that it was clean and appropriate.

My bed had urine all around the bottom and the staff was told. Horrible smell. The alarm was chirping through the night. There is no bed cover only a sheet. Not a comfortable stay.

The beds were uncomfortable, did not have hot water or water pressure for 2 of our 4 night stay. The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful. We booked 4 rooms at this hotel and one was 100.00 more on our Saturday night stay for some ridiculous reason. The noise from the freeway was very disruptive for sleeping.

Booked this stay while visiting family for the Easter holiday. The price was very competitive and the reason I initially booked. In addition, there was limited availability and the hotel I typically stay at had no vacancy, I arrived late in the evening and waited a few minutes for the attendant to check me in. He was pleasant and helpful. From the exterior I could tell the property was dated. When I got into my room, an accessibility room, it was very musty and reeked of cigarette smoke. It was apparent that despite being nonsmoking someone had before. I turned the air conditioning on to its highest setting to circulate the air and sprayed cologne. The sheets and blankets were paper thin and appeared poor quality. The mattress was the worse part. The springs were hardly working and you could tell it was quite old. The pillows smelled and I had to cover them with a tshirt of mine. It it wasn’t so late in the day I would have left, but needed a few hours of sleep in order to spend time with family. I would never return to this property and definitely do not recommend other than the lower price. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere cleaner and tidier. I hope others read this with caution.
