If I could give this place a 0 I would! We had the most horrible experience. Let's just say the cops were called. At 1:45am the room next to us decided to have a party! Over 10 people were in that room (we know this cause my husband looked in the hallway and saw 10 people leave and others stayed) they had outrageously loud music,loud people and marijuana smoke that penetrated to our room and all the hallway. I called the front desk and their respond: "call the police" there was NO "I'm sorry" or "let me give them a call" or "let me see what I can do for you" nothing at all. So I called the police. We did not wait for the police as we were fed up. We ended up leaving at 2am and as we walked out the there was a huge cloud of smoke! Do not recommend. Night staff had no customer service and was in her pjs eating away with no care for the customers.

The locks on both the door and the window were broken, the heater was broken, the floor was sticky - I have never done this in my life but I felt unsafe and walked back out of the room and went to another hotel.

It was great that the place was pet friendly. I had my two pugs with me and this worked out great. However not all pets were on the leash and I was concerned about my dogs safety. Also the door lock was not working for the back door. So anyone could get in. This was not good. The place was clean. With I do appreciate it.

Staff member was rude at check in. Parking lot is very sketchy, especially at night. Hallway smelled like weed the whole time, unless the security door was left open for fresh air. How secure. Supposedly a non smoking hotel, I guess just cigarettes. Shower curtain rod was broken so water got all over the bathroom, fixed eventually.

Our room smelled like cigarettes and the solution was an almost empty bottle of febreeze from the front desk. Couch cushion were ripped open and we found hair all throughout the shower. Buttons on the air conditioner didn't work so we finally gave up

Extremely friendly staff, hotel not in great shape and location also not great. Stopped here on a long car trip so was a fine place for the price to rest our heads for the night but wouldn’t really recommend.
