THIS PLACE IS DISGUTING. STAYED FOR ONLY AN HOUR TO NAP AND WOKE UP BEING SICK FROM THE BAD BAD SMELL INSIDE THE ROOM THAT IS SUFFOCATING. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS AN A**H**** WHO DOESNT EVEN LISTEN. HAD TO LEAVE AND BOOK ANOTHER ONE AT MY EXPENSE, IF NOT WILL END UP IN THE HOSPITAL. THIS SHOULDN’T EVEN BE IN EXPEDIA BOOKING AS EXPEDIA CANNOT EVEN HELP YOU RESOLVE THE ISSUE. IT IS A SCAM. DONT BOOK THIS DISGUSTING PLACE IF U DONT WANT TO GET SICK!!!!

They don’t clean the toilet seat properly, we found dirty spot under the toilet seat, like they miss that spot to wipe out very disturbing to use the toilet, I need to disinfectant my own self bfore used, there also mole spot by the ceiling bathroom. Very noisy from the surrounding next room, we can clearly heard them shouting or passing by, I don’t think will came back for second chance. My first n be the last visit to this place.

The so-called continental breakfast was terrible. Very few items available. Coffee was not good. This is the second year now I have run into this issue with continental breakfast, complained a year ago nothing has been done same old ! not up to par. Will not stay here again.

Staff were very friendly but same breakfast everyday was boring. People hanging around the parking lot in entrance felt little unsafe to walk to nearby restaurants.

Very noisy, very dirty, very unsafe! Due to the noise above us, I did miss my conference due to lack of sleep. Staying at this hotel was a big mistake. I put my family in danger. This hotel is horrible. Pictures from the website is very deceiving. Mr. Ben is very nice, but the other staff were not very customer service oriented. Breakfast place is dirty. Hotel is not a safe place to stay.
