I got an attitude from the check-in employee as soon as I came into the room. And then I get up to my room after at 370 mile trip at almost 8:00 at night only to find that I have gotten the wrong room I attempted to talk to them and ask them why I have that room, but for some reason my phone wouldn't work inside the room. So I eventually got a hold of hotels.com, and told them and they told me that it was a glitch in their system and that there was nothing they could do about it I contacted motel 6 at the location and they told us that they had already reported it to the hotels.com people and they were waiting a month or so before they fixed the glitch. This was an absolutely horrific night. I'm disabled and I asked for an accessible room and was told that I would have one and then I got put on the third floor with double beds. And it was only me and my very service dog. Do yourself a huge favor, and don't stay here!

Because of the girls at the front desk in the am were so unbelievable rude and unaccommodating with no regards to people with disabilities I will never stay nor will I suggest my friends or family to stay at this hotel ever. Please be more careful when hiring people that are representing your hotel because these two not good people with any type of customer service skills period.

Elevator is all way round outside the back corner of the building, well out of sight of front office or any staff. Did not feel safe as women walking to access room. Kids screaming down hall early morning was unpleasant wake up. Room itself was fine. One bed covering had what looked like multiple cigarette burns & holes, for non smoking room & for policy that they say you’ll be charged for any stains on linens. Room was clean, water pressure & temp was good. Fine for one night where I stayed less than 10 hours.

This property seems to be home to many families. The numerous children play in the driveway in front of the several units they occupy. The screaming was constant from our arrival about 4 til about 8 pm. This sounds acceptable until the fact that travelers who’ve been on the road all day,and are PAYING for a room deserve peace and quiet not a playground below them. I wouldn’t stay here again plus, though a Motel 6 customer for years, am reconsidering staying at any of their properties.

I recently fell and got xrays on my ankle to verify no breaks or fractures due to the swelling the coloration. Thank goodness no breaks. We paid ahead of time for a single king room and i requested the ground floor because of my ankle and the boot i have to wear. The girl at the front counter seemed to just hate her life and job. She acted like we were this HUGE inconvenient stop in her day. She then told us they have no more single king rooms. I just wanted to laydown and get some sleep before my red eye in the morning. Room was clean and bed was confortable. The people upstairs sucked but not the hotels fault there. We get up at 2am to leave and ask for a recipt. New gal and this was also asking the world of her as she made comments about hownshe would try to get a recipt but no promises. LORD i get having a bad day but put it away for a few moments to help customers. I don't need any kind of crazy friendliness but a smile and have a good morning goes a LONG WAY.

I have stayed here several times and it has been consistently good. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly, and you can't beat the price. Its also nice to have Ihop, Carl's Jr and Taco Bell all right net door.
