Overall, this is a comfortable place to stay. The quaint Craftsman decor is very welcoming and calming. And seeing all the happy guests with their dogs made me smile-I only wish I’d brought my Theo! Pros: *The hotel staff is excellent! Thank you for your kindness after a long travel-day. *Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped with a stocked kitchenette and dining table. *The bed was very cushy and soft. Once I fell asleep I slept like a baby. Cons: * I could hear the loud footsteps from the room above and doors slamming closed in the rooms next door- it was very difficult to fall asleep with that noise going on all around. * The hotel should post better arrows and signage to the elevator and lobby for those of us who are directionally-challenged! It’s frustrating to be hauling all your luggage and an elderly parent back and forth, trying to figure out how to leave! * More lighting, please! We older folks can’t see in these dimly lit rooms. Even with the negative aspects of the stay, I would book here again for the kindness of the staff. Nice people are like gold these days!

A very cozy stay

The staff was friendly when we checked in. Lobby and surroundings were very clean. The only thing is if you come back to the hotel late at night and its hard to find parking.

I lovvved this place and the staff is super amicable From my check in to check out both friend desk ladies very nice and accommodating I have stayed at Natoma Inn and I prefer this hotel by far. Will definitely come back soon.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and we could hear the people above us opening their room door and walking or seemed like stomping around in their room late at night. The TV was positioned in an awkward spot by the side of the bed instead of right in front as they usually are in hotel rooms we’ve stayed in before, we had to lay on our side to watch. The mattress was not very comfortable but the pillows made up for it. I will say that having coffee 24/7 in the lobby was GREAT and the breakfast options were very good for a quick morning bite before your outing.
