This hotel is absolutely terrible. The dogs are so loud that I couldn’t sleep at night — it’s the worst experience. I have no idea why this place calls itself a “relaxing resort.” There is nothing relaxing about it. The service is poor, and they even charge for Wi-Fi. I strongly recommend not staying here.

We had some issues upon check in whereby we had just settled in our room and were showing/changing when someone let themselves into our room. When we alerted reception, they told us they “would take care of it” and we never heard anything back from anyone.

Every staff member we encountered from the time we pulled up u til we left was so nice and accommodating. The hotel was very clean with tons of great amenities the cocktail hour was awesome and the late night room service we ordered came so fast piping hot and was delicious. We will never stay anywhere else when we visit Sacramento
