The room was still being remodeled and the luggage stand was missing the counter top and the wall around it were all marked up. Also, the mini fridge could not be closed..

I am a 60 yr old disabled woman with a service animal and from the moment I walked in I was treated poorly. I made my reservation for an Accessible suite with a bathtub, which I need for my disability. The front desk staff told me they couldn’t accommodate me because since I have a dog I have to be on the first floor and no bathtubs are available. Then they told me they had to see proof my Belgian Malinois is “registered”. I tried explaining ADA doesn’t require this and they have now violated my rights, even though I do have her registered with US Service Animals since 2021. They said they didn’t care I had to show it. I had just been traveling for 12 hours and now I’m fighting with the hotel staff to give me the suite I reserved. After they talked Punjabi amongst themselves they said they’d “do me a huge favor” and give me an accessible suite on the second floor BUT I had to make sure I didn’t “jump around” and cause noise for the floor below. What the F? I’m 60 and disabled. How am I going to jump around?!?! If I wasn’t so tired and in need of a soaking in the tub I would’ve walked out and reported them to the ADA. I will NEVER stay here again nor will I EVER recommend this hotel to anyone! The hotel itself was comfortable and clean but the two front desk staff were discriminatory towards me and my service animal. Horrible experience.

Beautiful and nice having a kitchen. The shower was well stocked with shampoo and conditioner and body gel. I suggest having a clear way to reach the front desk from the room. It was stressful and unnecessarily time consuming to have to go through corporate to reach the front desk for assistance. Everything else was great and I would recommend Hyatt House.

Manpenny was extremely helpful! She was pleasant, courteous, and kind. The same for the bartender (I cannot remember his name) he was on duty on Monday afternoon 06/16 their customer service skills are impeccable! I would definitely recommend the Hyatt House to all my friend's and family that plan to travel to Sacramento! Thank you!
