Checked in at 5pm. Had no rooms ready or cleaned. Had an event to go to so left our luggage with them. Went back to check in at 10pm they had 2 queen bed rooms availabile when I purchased a 1 king bed room. They said they sold out of the king rooms because people checked in before me and got them. I requested a cancelation and a full refund which then they magically "moved things around" and was able to put us in a king room.

The fire alarm sound went off at 10:30 pm,, Hotel doesn't have anything for the DEAF. My son woke me up to alert me.. got dressed and walked down the stairs... and found out it was a false alarm. If I was by myself, I wouldnt know. No light blinking for alarm noted to the DEAF.

The Hyatt Centric is a beautifully decorated hotel with a modern aesthetic! It looks like it should be featured in a design magazine! My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay as well as the amenities. We had a very late check/in, but the hotel staff was just as bubbly as if it was an early morning check-in. Even though the hotel was bustling with excitement from the Sacramento Ironman, the venue was far enough away that we didn’t hear any noise from the foot traffic. Staff kept our suite tidy and fresh, and the meals in the attached restaurant were simply delicious! We would definitely stay here again!
