Good and bad

Room was good and clean. Not enough toilet paper. Tv was not good. Reception and volume were bad. Breakfast was bad. Basically a bag breakfast for a child.

Ok stay - probably won't be back...

The room looks to have been renovated a while back. In general, it is ok for a night's stay. However, it is not as clean as I would have liked. There are a couple towels that look dirty and we have to skip and not use them. Bath tub water faucet is installed a little strange. My kid was unable to figure out which way is hot water because there are 2 shutoff positions. Strange. All in all, since we only stayed for a few hours, it was ok. The grab and go breakfast has apples that are frozen and non-edible after defrosting. :( Thanks.

This hotel was clean and the interiors are updated. The property was well lit and felt safe. Area is under construction and some abandoned buildings, but it was a quiet neighborhood. The tub was one of the only issues, it was a partially sunken tub/shower. Not ADA friendly. Also the grab and go breakfast was not the best, it was a bagged frozen breakfast sandwich, yogurt, orange juice and a fruit cup. We already checked out of our room so we didn’t have anywhere to cook the sandwich. The property is getting upgraded, so there is some construction materials, but it was a nice place, would recommend taking out the weird tub shower combo. Beds were comfy and clean, rooms were a great size.

I think they are remodeling, but what a dump. The breakfast was a paper bag of something. There was a pile of who knows what in thr "lobby" i wouldn't recommend this site, especially if traveling with just your daughter.

Parking lot people loud, rust in areas in bathroom, slider door couldn't close all the way 1" open gap to outside, back slider close to freeway. Would not stay there again. Unless last resort.

The staff at Heritage Inn were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I was assigned a room right next to one that was under maintenance, and a loud machine ran all night. The noise level made it nearly impossible to sleep, and I ultimately had to move rooms in the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend that staff avoid placing guests next to rooms that are undergoing work or have noisy equipment running. It would’ve made a big difference in my stay.

Roseville stay

Difficult to adequately review given the state of repair which impacts every aspect of stay. Limited info on “bag” breakfast so did not utilize. Not sure where it was. Rooms were clean which was important. No elevator which means transporting luggage was difficult and plumbing will need an upgrade soon but did not expect much given cost. Staff interaction very limited. Fine for what it was. An overall positive experience.

Terrible hotel! Took advantage of a disabled veteran! Would not give refund when accommodations did not suit hid needs! The GM was very rude.

Property is under remodel. It was in a scary area. Our room was falling apart. The outlets were falling off the walls. The TV was fuzzy with lines and they came out to fix it. It did not change after repairs. The remote was filthy, the bathroom was dirty, and there was leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest. The door did not fully close so we put a chair in front of it while we slept. We could smell marijuana which also made us nervous. It stated there was a breakfast but it was a grab n go bag with no options. There was a temporary lobby. Staff was OK.
