Grabbed this last minute stay on our way home to Southern California from Oregon. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Breakfast was limited but well worth the price for a quick night of sleep.

When we checked in, our room keys did not work, and we had to get them re-issued. The AC in the room was not working properly, and the room smelled stale and smoky. In the morning, we could not all leave the room to go to breakfast because the room door was not locking behind us. Then, upon trying to re-enter the building after breakfast, the room keys did not work.

First time in Cali, came for a concert to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Great experience-hotel was super close to Golden 1 Arena and the Amtrak to San Fran. Very clean, amazing customer service, free airport shuttle and the best continental breakfast! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I arrived early and they let me check in early so at 11 instead of at three and it worked out really well. They are very pleasant. We have a shuttle to the airport and it didn’t take too long to get back-and-forth so that’s good. Really friendly Staff.
