Avoid this listing at all costs!! The photos are completely misleading, and our experience was unacceptable from start to finish.We arrived with a NEWBORN and a two-year-old expecting a safe, clean home, and instead walked into a property that was clearly neglected and not properly maintained:- The pool was filthy, discolored, and clearly deteriorating, with large holes in the flooring - completely contradicting the owner’s claim that it had been “cleaned that day.”- The pool area initially lacked a gate lock, which is an obvious and dangerous safety hazard for families with young children.- There was a hole in the fence that allowed the neighbor’s dog to enter and run around the backyard - terrifying.- The furniture inside was dirty and worn, with stains and tears that made it feel unsanitary.- There were clear MOLD issues in the hallway bathroom.- The freezer door was broken, which is unacceptable when you’re traveling with a newborn and need to safely store milk.The surrounding area only made things worse. There was a truck parked outside with a smashed window and flat tires, and the next-door neighbor blasted loud music, making it completely unsuitable for a family stay.To make matters worse, because this property is managed through a third party, they refused a full refund - even though we left within a few hours of arriving. The entire situation feels deceptive, and it seriously calls into question the credibility of the other reviews. Avoid at all costs!
