This is a duplex. There are two entrances. You will be occupying the one to the right, if facing to the front door. There is a letter "B" on the door. One vehicle parking per guest reservation only.

-There is a ramp for handicapped accessibility
-Please be mindful of the noise, considering that the other home may be occupied at the time of your reservation
-There is one queen bed and a pull out sofa
-Parking for 1 vehicle only in the driveway. Street parking also available

We do not offer cable services. Our guests can access streaming apps such as Hulu and Roku. You may use your personal account to log in to Netflix. Thank you
