Staff were pleasant. Lobby is nice. Mattress and pillows were lumpy and very uncomfortable. Small refrigerator motor loudly continuously cycled on & off. Dark toilet room, loud fan runs whenever light is on. Unnecessary additional charge to park in unsecured parking lot.

Extremely disappointing experience. The hotel is outdated, and the service failed to meet basic expectations. I booked a prepaid reservation through Expedia that clearly included breakfast, yet the morning front desk staff refused to honor it, claiming it didn’t apply because the booking was made through Expedia. That explanation is unacceptable. The only positive was the night front desk associate who checked me in—she was professional and courteous. Until this property corrects its policies and staff training, I will avoid this Courtyard Marriott and do not recommend it. I will also be reporting this issue to Expedia.

Was the noisiest hotel I've been to in a long time. Kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors at all hours. There was a cheer leaders competition in town and I guess this is where they all stayed. With the high price they charge for a room you would think the lobby would give us free coffee. The coffee in the room was not worth drinking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean

Liked the room ambiance and the personnel were very friendly and efficient. But the room was less than desired. Old furniture in disrepair. Broken top drawer in the dresser , fan in bathroom sounded like a diesel semi truck and was not separate from the light switch. Bed was terrible with sink holes on both sides. I won’t be back.
