Surveillance. - We have security cameras surrounding the property however none are in the home, views are of the front door, sides and back of the house, and the front of the garage. The device records audio and video 24/7.

Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house. Please note party’s are not permitted. More than 6 guests must be arranged prior to your stay, and there is an additional fee per additional guest not to exceed 8 guest total per rules and regulations within the city limits.
