HUGE BUGS

Horrible! Huge bugs, dirty room, AC didn’t work, would have left and found somewhere else if it wasn’t already 2:00 am by the time we got in. only thing that was good was the person working was extremely nice and tried as best as possible to help us.

The property had big trucks all around it and our room looked out on an adjoining property with barbed wire and a large dumpster. We did back up to a bike path but it had homeless people huddled nearby. Our room was uninviting, the blankets very thin, and the towels were threadbare with strings hanging from them. We had breakfast and the eggs were powdered or something and tasted like sawdust. However the dining room staff was very friendly and accommodating. We've stayed at Best Westerns before and been pleased. This hotel needs upgrading or more truthful photography.

The overall stay was nice. Kinda loud neighbors but it wasn't the hotel's fault. The only issue I had was with the bed frame broke/fell when I was sleeping and I fell onto the floor woke up with a bruise Ugh Overall the front desk was friendly and I would stay again next time in Sacramento
