Settle into the Landes de Gascogne Natural Park in Sabres, 40 km from the beaches, surrounded by forest. A multitude of activities and pursuits await you: a visit to the Marquéze Ecomuseum to immerse yourself in our heritage, a canoe trip to the Leyre Valleys, or a visit to witness the cranes' wintering season. Here, you'll hear the "tchoutchou" of the Marquèze train and discover a comfortable cottage, with a shared swimming pool with the owners and tenants of the adjoining cottage. At the sawmill, we offer an industrial decor style, because we love wood, stone, and metal, without forgetting the "regional" spirit. The cottage offers: a living room with a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), a lounge with a sofa, coffee table, and TV area, a living room with a dining table. 2 pleasant bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with toilet. Internet access is available. Outside, you have a terrace with a pergola, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue. A shared bowling alley and a children's swing are available. The swimming pool is 1.50m flat-bottomed and secured by a roller shutter, measuring 8x4m and open from June to the end of September, weather permitting, from 10am to 7pm. Small private grounds are located on the terrace side, and shared grounds with the owners and other tenants. On a more practical level, you can reach the village by crossing the small bridge at the bottom of the garden, or play pétanque on the bowling alley while the children are on the swing. Shared foosball table and adult bikes available for sharing (2 mountain bikes + 6 Dutch-style bikes + 1 child's wheelbarrow). Baby equipment available upon request: travel cot, crib, high chair, and bathtub. A perfect vacation idea! 8 kWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
