This was the perfect little hotel to stop by and rest while waiting for my flight connection from París to the States. Shuttle there and back to airport was great and on time, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the little room was clean, modern and functional. I had a much better trip because of this hotel! I have no words to express how bad this hotel was. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. The shuttle never showed up at the airport to pick us up as advertised. Then, when we got to the hotel, everything looked dirty in the lobby, but I tried not to be biased. Once we got to the room, things got even worse, there was dust everywhere, the bathroom was dirty, there was hair and when you turned on the shower, the water overflowed and flooded the bathroom. The bed also had hair on it, and overall, the place smelled bad. The staff's attitude was awful, and they gave us dirty looks just because we pointed out what was wrong with the hotel. Stay away from this place, there are cheaper options with much better service.

I was disappointed as I booked the room, the on line picture shows one room with two bedrooms. This was two seperate rooms with a connecting door. I asked for twin beds in each room, Reception said no, could not change the reservation. There was a vacant room opposite with twin beds but she would not let us use it. The shuttle was easy to find. The hotel is convenient for a quick in-and-out from CDG. They could improve communication with guests....there should be instructions and a map to find the shuttle. The phone and chat services are slow.

A very close to the airport, clean hotel. If you fly into the E terminal the hotel shuttle stops are a long walk so be prepared. The shuttle driver drove like a bandit but we made it safely. My late evening checkin was quick and efficient - the rooms are small but efficient plugs and usb ports a plenty. I would stay here again for an overnight layover only. Large double room was perfect for just me. Pipes made noise and you can here people out side in the hotel easily which is why I said noisy.

Super close to terminal and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes to/from Terminal 2. Front desk staff are really friendly and helpful. Lobby has a scale to weight suitcases. Nice casual bar too. I would use this hotel again.

Room and Bathroom were clean and nice. Social Areas like elevators and breakfast area were so dirty, the juice machine, coffee manchine, pancakes machine has not been cleaned in weeks. I do not know if different people clean the social areas but were so bad. The french staff was nice, the Indian staff not even responded to greetings, they were kind of rude. They do not mention that transportation is available on request and only have 6 spaces available, one time we had to pay an Uber, they should have a bigger shuttle because many people uses because the hotel is near the ariport. The hotel has all the potencial to be great, location is perfect, but those small details damage the whole thing. When we saw the social areas we were afraid of how the room will be, we had a surprise about how clean the room was, gladly!
