For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue, children's playground. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house.
